MY 2007 AWARDS

1) DRINKING BUDD(Y)/(IES) OF THE YEAR
Well, Emke – without the shadow of doubt. Our characters are constantly drinking in our book too, we even had to remove some sentences referring to this from certain chapters, haha. Second comes Bius – except that we nearly died “the next day” a couple of times (whatever does not kill you will make you stronger). Third place is reserved for Szonja or Eszter (cannot decide) - each time we meet, a bottle of something is gone within an hour or so. (That also shows we do not meet too often, otherwise we would be six feet under already…) Oh… and Árpi… how could I forget Árpi! However, he is quicker than anybody else in the world, no way to compete with him in this field.

2) LIFETIME SERVICE AWARD (longest friend) -
Hajni – since 1984, Linda – since 1988. They survive everything.

3) NEWCOMER AWARD – COOLEST NEWEST FRIEND(S)?
Jessy is a sweetheart, for example. :)

4) HIGH POINT OF THE YEAR?
My travels (München with Niniel <3, meeting Wolfgang in Brussels, Bolkow with the whole crowd, Helsingborg with Emke), book writing process, various enlightenments and realizations, VNV gigs, garden-party @ Luki.  

4) LOW POINT OF THE YEAR?
Crazy work-related mess, losing track of Sárka.

5) BEST HOLIDAY?
All the above, they were all different but wonderful!!!

6) YOUR SONG FOR 2007
The Farthest Star by VNV Nation.

7) MOVIE FOR 2007?
The Prestige was cool.

10) WHO DID YOU SPEND VALENTINES WITH?
Huh, can’t even recall, don’t celebrate it!

11) BEST RELATIONSHIP?
All my beloved friends. <3

12) WHAT WERE YOU FOR HALLOWEEN?
Didn’t dress up, I’m old like hell, haha!

13) RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR?
I’m happy with any pizzeria or fast food place. Subway rulez!!! 

14) BEST DECISION MADE THIS YEAR?
“The will to greatness clouds the mind, consumes the senses veils the signs we each are meant to recognize” – go ahead and do not worry about failure or inner limits.

15) MOST STUPID IDEA WHEN DRUNK?
Dunno, haven’t done anything really stupid this year. Ask about 2005, there is plenty in stock for that year.

16) TV SHOW OF THE YEAR?
I’m staying loyal to Barátok közt.

17) MOST LOYAL FRIEND?
All  my friends are loyal. I trust them to eternity.

18) BIGGEST CHANGE OF THE YEAR?
Doing concerete things to make my dreams come true.

19) BIGGEST DOUCHEBAG AWARD?
Who cares, let’s focus on the good things.

20) NEW YEAR RESOLUTION?
Building a healthy self-confidence, accepting my talents and not worrying about my limits, trying new things and never giving it up.
